After returning from the slopes or hiking trail, cook your favorite meal on the grill and enjoy the evening outside. When the sun sets, move to the fire pit and tell stories under the stars as the embers crackle—marking the end to a perfect day in the Catskills.

Outdoor Shower
Tall, dense trees surround the backyard making it perfectly secluded and private. Enjoy the views, feel the breeze and listen to the birds while standing under a rainfall shower head. It’s magical. (Available late spring to early fall.)
Fire Pit
Built with flat stones from around the property, the fire pit is the perfect place to spend your evenings at the Orange Mountain House. Relax with a drink or roast marshmallows, or both. As long as you can see it, the fire pit is available.
Grill
If you’ve never used a Weber Spirit grill, you’ll love it. The grill heats up quickly, cooks evenly and cleans easily.
Wraparound Deck
The deck looks out over the yard, which is framed by maple and hemlock trees. Enjoy the view from the glider or the outdoor dining table.
